    The Killers GoMovies Review

Nowadays it is very rare to see movies that can really come in handy in real life, so The Killers has become a truly valuable find for me.

This movie became the most memorable of those that I watched in 1946, because the ending, in my opinion, although correct, but at the same time very unexpected, at least it will not leave anyone indifferent.

After finishing watching this movie, I came to the conclusion that for the broadcasting of movies in the genre of Crime, Mystery, Thriller, some storylines do not fit at all in the period of time that is allotted to them, and simply require some kind of continuation and development.

Melville Shyer set the movie at a frantic pace, all 105 minutes, from start to finish, the action does not let go, while it goes harmoniously, without sudden jumps and plot failures.

Melville Shyer is a fine fellow, he didn’t place all his bets on the plot, but concentrated on spectacular artistic techniques: metaphorical and technical, which is why the movie turned out to be so catchy.

Only talented actors are able to bring to life deep, multifaceted characters, this movie was lucky because it starred the real masters of transformation: Albert Dekker, Ava Gardner, Burt Lancaster, Charles D. Brown, Donald MacBride, Edmond O'Brien, Sam Levene, Vince Barnett, Virginia Christine.
