Shadow of a Doubt GoMovies Review

Shadow of a Doubt is a wonderful movie in which there is the very magic of cinema, which makes the viewer believe that he, opposing all opponents, overcomes any obstacles and cope with all life`s adversities.

This movie became the most memorable of those that I watched in 1943, because the ending, in my opinion, although correct, but at the same time very unexpected, at least it will not leave anyone indifferent.

I don`t understand whether Crime, Drama, Thriller has outlived its usefulness, or whether the writers have forgotten how to write interesting ornate stories, this movie reminded me of a bunch of others, the director did not introduce anything fundamentally new.

This movie can be disassembled into quotes, never before in 108 minutes I have not been able to experience such a wide range of emotions, Alfred Hitchcock, Ralph Slosser, William Tummel just wrapped my soul on a fist.

Despite the dryish script in places, Alfred Hitchcock, Ralph Slosser, William Tummel created a good movie: the atmosphere is perfectly conveyed, everything in the frame looks natural, each actor is in his place.

The characters are interesting and not stereotyped, but the Henry Travers, Hume Cronyn, Irving Bacon, Joseph Cotten, Macdonald Carey, Teresa Wright, Wallace Ford, who brought them to life, pumped up a little, because they did not always play their roles reliably, apparently, they could not fully feel their heroes.
