Roseanne for President!

Roseanne for President! GoMovies

Twenty-five years after Roseanne Barr’s groundbreaking number-one sitcom, Roseanne for President tells the tale of her 2012 grassroots campaign for President of the United States. While Roseanne may have revolutionized the way Americans talked about family, class, race, gender, and gay rights, this campaign trail adventure is a personal account of Roseanne’s thoughts on these subjects—and others, as we have never heard them before. What seems at first like a political profile quickly becomes a humorous and sentimental picture of an icon. This surprising journey uncovers raw and revealing moments from Roseanne’s private world, while juxtaposing her current influence as a politician with her role as a comedy leader in the ’90s.

Roseanne for President! GoMovies Review

I liked the movie Roseanne for President!, thanks to the boring dialogue between the characters and the really intriguing moment of their interaction with each other, 94 min minutes of time were well spent.

A brilliant script that was something out of the ordinary for 2015, coupled with skillful directorial work, turned this movie into an example of good cinematography.

Every time I come across a new movie in the genre of Documentary, I postpone everything, Roseanne for President! pleasantly surprised me: a delightful plot that was revealed thanks to an emotional and live performance.

Throughout the 94 min minutes, I had the feeling that not today, but tomorrow, I will definitely meet them in the nearest supermarket or park.

is a fine fellow, he didn’t place all his bets on the plot, but concentrated on spectacular artistic techniques: metaphorical and technical, which is why the movie turned out to be so catchy.

The characters are interesting and not stereotyped, but the Philip Rosch, Roseanne Barr, who brought them to life, pumped up a little, because they did not always play their roles reliably, apparently, they could not fully feel their heroes.
