In 1968, engineer Giorgio Rosa established the independent state called “The Isle of Roses” off the coast of Rimini, built on a platform outside the territorial waters, with Esperanto as the official language. Rose Island GoMovies Review

Rose Island is a wonderful movie in which there is the very magic of cinema, which makes the viewer believe that he, opposing all opponents, overcomes any obstacles and cope with all life`s adversities.

This movie became the most memorable of those that I watched in 2020, because the ending, in my opinion, although correct, but at the same time very unexpected, at least it will not leave anyone indifferent.

I don`t understand whether Adventure, Comedy, Drama has outlived its usefulness, or whether the writers have forgotten how to write interesting ornate stories, this movie reminded me of a bunch of others, the director did not introduce anything fundamentally new.

Throughout the 120 minutes, I had the feeling that not today, but tomorrow, I will definitely meet them in the nearest supermarket or park.

Sydney Sibilia created the very movie, after watching which you want to erase your memory in order to watch it again, and again, like for the first time, feel the whole range of vivid emotions.

The characters are interesting and not stereotyped, but the Andrea Pennacchi, Elio Germano, Fabrizio Bentivoglio, Fabrizio Rongione, François Cluzet, Leonardo Lidi, Luca Zingaretti, Marco Pancrazi, Matilda De Angelis, Tom Wlaschiha, who brought them to life, pumped up a little, because they did not always play their roles reliably, apparently, they could not fully feel their heroes.
