After a hoax goes very wrong, Jim’s daughter is falsely convicted of abusing her position of authority over 17-year-old Clive. Veronica is nevertheless convinced she deserves to be punished, but for much earlier crimes. Guest of Honour GoMovies Review

The movie Guest of Honour is a vivid confirmation of the fact that `it is not so important what you tell, it is important how you do it`.

The movie is very good for 2020, a special respect for the defiant cast, demonstrating a very believable relationship, without a drop of pretense.

What I love about Drama is that absolutely any movie made in this genre always has such an important component as an unrealistically cool musical accompaniment.

This movie can be disassembled into quotes, never before in 105 minutes I have not been able to experience such a wide range of emotions, Atom Egoyan just wrapped my soul on a fist.

You fall in love with this movie from the first scene, Atom Egoyan thought through everything to the smallest detail: a cool acting game and a plot, in which, in addition to drive, there is also depth, they catch to the depths of the soul.

The characters are interesting and not stereotyped, but the Alexandre Bourgeois, Arsinée Khanjian, David Thewlis, Gage Munroe, Laysla De Oliveira, Luke Wilson, Rossif Sutherland, who brought them to life, pumped up a little, because they did not always play their roles reliably, apparently, they could not fully feel their heroes.
