Bully. Coward. Victim. The Story of Roy Cohn is a wonderful movie in which there is the very magic of cinema, which makes the viewer believe that he, opposing all opponents, overcomes any obstacles and cope with all life`s adversities.
A brilliant script that was something out of the ordinary for 2019, coupled with skillful directorial work, turned this movie into an example of good cinematography.
Every time I come across a new movie in the genre of Documentary, I postpone everything, Bully. Coward. Victim. The Story of Roy Cohn pleasantly surprised me: a delightful plot that was revealed thanks to an emotional and live performance.
set the movie at a frantic pace, all 94 minutes, from start to finish, the action does not let go, while it goes harmoniously, without sudden jumps and plot failures.
created the very movie, after watching which you want to erase your memory in order to watch it again, and again, like for the first time, feel the whole range of vivid emotions.
The characters are interesting and not stereotyped, but the Nathan Lane, Tony Kushner, who brought them to life, pumped up a little, because they did not always play their roles reliably, apparently, they could not fully feel their heroes.
